Elgaard Architecture congratulates the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and Department for Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi with the majestic re-opening of the Qasr Al Hosn as Abu Dhabi’s cultural heart. Having provided restoration consultancy to CEBRA on the refurbishment of the Cultural Foundation Building and its close proximities, we are proud having been part of the great team bringing this keystone project to life.
