Topping-out ceremony at Restaurant NOMA
8 December 2017
Yesterday, the topping-out ceremony was celebrated at the building site for the new Restaurant NOMA, which in February 2018 will reopen in a former naval mine warehouse – a part of Copenhagen’s historic fortifications. Elgaard Architecture is client consultant to NOMA and as such in charge of the overall conservation values as well as the transformation of the naval mine warehouse into a state-of-the-art gourmet restaurant. The new architecture is designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG).
